Design in Details
The client approached HYKAL to develop his farm of 15000 m2 Located in Thumamah district, east of Riyadh. The farm has old big villa. HYKAL re-study the whole plot including the Entrances.
HYKAL introduce main focal point of attraction at the North side of the plot including waterfalls Surrounded by outdoor shaded cabana and Guest big tent equipped with preparation kitchen, Dining area, storage, and toilet overlooking the whole site as the tent elevated above the site level by three meters. A ring road has been introduced to be used by small tracks for services, and pedestrians. Site central gathering node consists of water feature and water stream with seating gazebo around. English Nursery court introduced at the west side. Football playing are and other outdoor entertainment activities. Solder Palm tree area with gathering sitting space located at the south side. Sitting areas, BBQ’s, and new approach paths to the existing villa is adopted. Special light concept has been introduced and to integrated with the new development.
