Design in Details
HYKAL has been approached by the owner to prepare the Conceptual design package of 4 Stars Hotel of his land located at Sahafa, North of Riyadh. HYKAL Concept is to have no. 24 Floors above the ground level and no. three basements for Parking and services areas.
The proposed Hotel contains the following amenities:
- No. 82 Keys standard Room.
- No. 14 Keys suit Room.
- No. 01 Luxury suite.
- Swimming pool, GYM, and Spa
- No. 2 dining & Restaurants.
- No. 3 Meeting Rooms.
- Reception and Lounge.
The Hotel Building designed to reflect The Modern Look by using The Glass Curtain wall and Alcapound sheet for cladding as well as introducing few pendentive balconies which were nice enhancement to the elevations.
