Design in Details
HYKAL was assigned By “ELM” the project Manager for the Preparation of the full Design construction Fit-out package of the New Ministry of Labour and Social Development Complex at the intersection of Imam Saud Exit 9 Road with the Eastern Ring Road in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The site was previously occupied by Noura University and then assigned for MOSA as New Ministry Complex.
HYKAL Prepared all related construction documents i.e.: Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, Mechanical and Electrical as well as other construction design Document For no. five Major buildings including the Minister Building as well as the site work to adopt The requirement operation of MOSA.
The design work was a challenge from all aspects to change the Nature of the existing Facilities i.e. University to ministry which required a major changes in all disciplines. The changes include the interior Layouts of all building as well as the exterior Façade. The work Includes major changes of all MEP systems as well as the Low Current Systems.
