Design in Details
On Shabely district in al Khobar, the owner has no. 7 plots form finger on the Arabian Gulf Sea of total area 18150 m2. HYKAL developed a concept of having no. 7 towers of mixed used as residential unit towers or could be invested in Hotels or furnished apartment. Each tower has its own services such as private entrances, parking, driver rooms, and entertainment facilities including swimming pools. The Sea view has been maximized for all units, where the city view is minimized. Different type of residential units introduced like studio, one bed room and 2-3 bedrooms types as well as penthouse on the top. Curtain wall has been used for the sea view façade with colored aluminum sunscreen to give variety and richness look to the towers elevations.
