Design in Details
As the tower located at the main west entrance of King Fahad Highway to King Salman Road, the building has been oriented in such a way to maximize the view as well as to reflect the owner’s status. The Tower consists of 25 office floors above the ground level and three basements for parking and services. The roof level contains the tower business club, water feature, seating areas, and dining. The tower has welcome drop off area on the front as well as specious plaza and garden at the back. The modern look of the tower façade has been reflected of the usage of the glass curtain wall as well as the metal cladding. Different smart systems have been used to serve the tenants and to meet the demand of such investment.
